Refund Policy

Coin purchases on Lux Novel are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, and payment support for every purchase, and their standard refund process applies alongside the policy below.

1. Coins are final once credited

Coins are a digital, virtual currency delivered to your account immediately after a successful payment. Because Coins are delivered instantly and can be used right away to unlock content, all Coin purchases are final and non-refundable once the Coins have been credited to your account.

2. Exceptions

We will consider a refund in the following limited situations:

You were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error.
You were charged but never received the Coins in your account.
The purchase was unauthorized (e.g. your payment method was used fraudulently) and reported promptly.

3. How to request a refund

Contact us at support@luxnovel.com with your account email and the approximate date/amount of the purchase, or contact Paddle directly through the receipt email they send you after checkout. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

4. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly — this is faster than a chargeback and avoids any disruption to your account while the chargeback is investigated.
